At Bobbleheadacrylic we strive to make every piece of personalized gift as precious and beautiful as the moment it commemorates.

If your item arrives damaged, incorrectly designed, or is simply not what you expected, please let us know immediately and we’ll do our utmost to get your satisfaction.

New, unworn items can be returned to Bobbleheadacrylic within 60 days of delivery.

Please note that because all our personalized items are one-of-a-kind, those returns will incur a 50% restocking fee.

The shipping fee is non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or discounted shipping, we still incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund the original shipping cost.

When returning goods, the remote fee is non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund. We do not refund the remote fees you paid for the order.

YES! After your order has been shipped, we will send you an email shipping notice, confirming that your package has been sent to you. The email will also provide you with a Tracking Number.

For your convenience, we are happy to ship our products to most place in the world.

Express Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We could only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) address via Standard Shipping method.

Delays do happen occasionally due to uncontrollable factors, but please be assured that Bobbleheadacrylic will do our best to limit any inconveniences that may arise.

All Bobbleheadacrylic items are made-to-order. For every piece in our collection, the estimated processing time is listed on the product page. Add the processing time to the shipping time for an estimate as to when you will receive your order.

Processing time differs from product to product. Some popular styles can be shipped out within 24 hours, while engraved or custom orders may take 5-12 working days. The estimated processing time is listed on the product page. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping notification to your PayPal email address notifying you of your tracking details and projected delivery date.
